WHO AM I?

Hey, I’m Hugo! I’m a young, Sydney-based Photographer and Filmmaker specialising in capturing moments that matter, especially in the sports world. Over the past two years, I’ve helped brands, businesses, and individuals tell their stories and document their most important moments. Whether it’s creating visuals for marketing, corporate events, or preserving memories, I aim to deliver content that resonates and leaves a lasting impact.

My creative style is all about storytelling. Every frame I capture, whether in photography or filmmaking, is designed to evoke emotion and authenticity. I believe in blending dynamic compositions with clean, natural aesthetics to highlight the true essence of each moment. When working with clients, I emphasise collaboration and attention to detail, ensuring every project feels like a true reflection of their vision—along with a dash of fun to keep things exciting!

With five years of professional experience in photography and videography, I’ve honed my craft across a variety of industries. I ran my own video editing freelance business for three years, and I’ve spent the last year working for an equestrian event photography and videography company, covering over 25 major events. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of shooting high-profile sports events such as City2Surf and collaborating with organisations like Tennis Australia.

On the technical side, I hold a Certificate IV in Photography from TAFE NSW and am currently studying for my Diploma in Film & Video at Torrens University. I also hold a valid Working With Children’s Check, ensuring I can safely and responsibly work with youth-focused projects.

I offer specialised photography and videography services across three main industries but am always open to exploring new projects. My goal is to provide flexible coverage that meets a range of needs and budgets. 3. Events

If you need photography or videography for an event, whether it’s a community gathering, party, corporate function, or equestrian event, I’ll make sure you have stunning visuals to remember it by.

What drives me is the belief that the best visual content comes from authentic connections and meaningful collaboration. I’m all about building relationships with my clients and understanding their goals before the first shot is even taken. Clear communication and delivering work that exceeds expectations are key to my process. My ultimate priority is ensuring that the visuals I create are not only beautiful but also aligned with the unique needs of each client.

When you work with me, the process is designed to be collaborative and tailored to your needs. It all starts with a questionnaire that helps me understand the specifics of your project. From there, we’ll hop on a call (or a Google Meet) to discuss the details—whether that’s scheduling, special requests, or the overall vision you have in mind.

On the day of the shoot, I’ll arrive fully prepared and ready to deliver. Afterward, I work efficiently to edit your photos or videos, with a typical turnaround time of about one week, depending on the scope of the project. Throughout the entire process, I make sure to stay in regular contact so that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
