When you work with me, the process is designed to be collaborative and tailored to your needs. It all starts with a questionnaire that helps me understand the specifics of your project. From there, we’ll hop on a call (or a Google Meet) to discuss the details—whether that’s scheduling, special requests, or the overall vision you have in mind.
How does this work?

Fill out the form
Whenever you’re ready, just fill out the contact form. I’ll get back to you too as soon as possible so we can iron out the details of your session!
02.
Connect
Before we meet for the session, we’ll have a quick call (or google meet) to break the ice and decide on the details. I want you to feel comfortable with me and this will help us both!
03.
The day of
On the day of the shoot, I will meet you at the decided location for the session. We’ll talk for a bit while I set up my camera and make sure everything’s perfect. Then we can jump straight into it and get some amazing photos!
04.
Gallery delivery
After we're done, I'll get to work editing the photos and/or videos. Finished photos will be ready and delivered in 1 to 2 business weeks. Video delivery times are communicated on a project by project basis.
How does the process work from start to finish?
Every project starts with a quick conversation to understand your goals, audience, and how the content will be used. From there, I plan the shoot to align with your vision.
On shoot day, I focus on capturing everything efficiently while keeping the process smooth and professional. Afterward, I handle editing and post-production to deliver a polished final result that’s ready for its intended use.
What types of projects do you typically work on?
I work across a range of projects including sports coverage, events, and commercial content for brands and businesses. Most of my work focuses on creating story-driven visuals that can be used for marketing, social media, and online platforms.
Each project is approached differently depending on the goal. Whether that’s capturing live moments, producing branded content, or creating visuals that help tell a larger story, I am eager to help you.
How many pictures/videos will I receive?
This all depends on the type and scale of your project, this is discussed together and a suitable plan is developed.
Are you available outside of Sydney?
Yes, I am! While I’m based in Sydney, I’m available for shoots nationwide. Whether you're in another part of Australia or even internationally, I’m delighted to travel for your project.
We can discuss travel arrangements and any additional costs during our consultation to make sure everything is planned smoothly. I love working in new locations and am always up for an adventure!
What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?
If the weather is truly unsuitable, we can easily reschedule the session to another date that works for you, with no additional fees.
If you have flexibility and prefer to stick to the original date, I can also suggest alternative locations with some coverage, like indoor spaces or sheltered areas that still give us great natural light and a similar vibe.
My priority is to make sure you get the best possible results, rain or shine!
What if I need to reschedule?
I totally understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule, just let me know with a specific amount of notice. My contract speicifies how much time needed to resechedule, there’s no fee for rescheduling if you give me enough notice.
For last-minute changes, I’ll do my best to accommodate, but there may be a rescheduling fee depending on the circumstances. My goal is to make the process as smooth and flexible as possible.
